Dr. Md. Asif Anwar
Prior to joining Delacombe Medical Centre, he worked as a GP at Tristar Medical Group for the last 8 years with 10 years of GP experience overseas. He obtained his Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and achieved masters in Public Health from overseas. He is affectionate about stipulating Australian evidence-based and patient-centred care.

Dr. Devika Kumari Mabula Arachchige
Dr. Devika Kumari is a full time general practitioner with over 10 years experience in General medicine, Anaesthesia, Emergency Medicine and intensive care. She has worked in Campbelltown Hospital in New south wales, general practice and District Hospital in Narrabri and Tamworth.
She has attained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian college of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Hobbies:
Dr Devika enjoys her free time with her family, cooking and gardening.

Dr. Chanaka ( Chan) Amugoda
FRACGP
Chanaka graduated from the faculty of medicine university of Colombo with honors in 2008, and he has been practicing medicine for the last 14 years. He worked in pediatric and immunization clinics, general practice, women’s health, family planning and geriatric (elderly patients), emergency medicine, and ICU while he was in Sri Lanka. Chanaka moved to Oman in 2013 and worked as a registrar in emergency medicine, including pediatric emergencies. He decided to move to Australia in 2016. He worked at the Werribee Mercy Hospital Melbourne for two years in emergency medicine as an emergency medicine registrar. Then he moved to the obstetric and gynecology department and completed a diploma in gynecology and obstetrics under the Royal Australia New Zealand College of Obstetrics and gynecology. He got further qualifications for managing women’s health conditions and family planning.
He moved to general practice in 2019 to continue his interest in general rule. He decided to move to Ballarat in 2022 as willing to support the rural /regional workforce and support regional Victoria’s health needs. Since 2019 he has been working as a full-time general practitioner and doing casual/locum shifts in emergency, obstetrics, and gynecology units.
With medical expertise in various medical and surgical specialties, Chanaka is capable of dealing with different medical needs, including:
- Chronic diseases -Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Asthma,
- Rheumatological conditions including Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis

Dr. Mina Ghorbanpour Landy
General Practitioner, MD
Dr Landy earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2015 in Iran. With years of experience as a General Practitioner, she joined the Australian health workforce in 2022, where she continues to practice as a GP. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate and holistic care, addressing the entire well-being of her patients to achieve optimal health outcomes. Dr Landy is passionate about all aspects of general practice, with special interests in women’s health including antenatal shared care and Pap smears, skin cancer checks, and preventative medicine.
Hobbies:
In her spare time, Mina enjoys cooking, gardening, playing volleyball, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
A fun fact about myself:
I absolutely love rain, finding peace and joy in the soft sound of raindrops and the refreshing scent it leaves on the ground.

Dr Raji Durairaja
General Practitioner Registrar
Dr Raji Durairaja is a GP Registrar with extensive experience across emergency medicine, public health, aged care, and general practice. She is currently working at Grampians Health Emergency Department, where she provides comprehensive assessments, manages acute presentations, and supports patients with ongoing care.
She completed her MBBS in India and obtained her AMC qualifications in Australia. Dr Raji has undertaken further training in BLS, ALS, Implanon insertion, women’s health, and emergency response. She is skilled in procedures such as cannulation, suturing, catheterisation, abscess drainage, slit-lamp examinations, and emergency stabilisation.
Dr Raji is known for her strong communication skills, compassionate approach, and commitment to patient-centred care.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family.
Dr Sumaira Sajid
General Practitioner
Dr Sumaira has 4 years of overseas GP experience and has been working in the Australian health system for the last 3year and has worked in regional and Metropolitan Victorian hospitals including Echuca Regional Health, Austin Health and The Northern Health. Experience of working in Emergency Department , General Medicine, General and Plastic Surgery, Geriatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology Paediatric Medicine and Mental Health including clozapine monitoring. Dr Sumaira is part of GP training Program with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Her areas of interest includes , Emergency Medicine, Women and Child Health , Mental Health including shared care programs , Elderly care ,Chronic Disease Management and minor surgical procedures including simple incision and drainage, suturing, cryotherapy, Burns , animal bite and Fracture first aid,

Dr. Khushpinder Kaur

Dr. Khushpinder Kaur is a PGY3 Hospital Medical Officer currently working in the General Stream at Ballarat Base Hospital under Grampians Health Services. She earned her MBBS from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (India) in 2018 and has over five years of post-internship experience across Emergency Medicine, ICU, General Medicine, Surgery, O&G, Psychiatry, and Paediatrics.
Prior to moving to Australia, she worked at Max Super Speciality Hospital in Punjab. Since April 2023, she has been part of the Ballarat team and holds General Registration with AHPRA. Dr. Kaur passed the AMC MCQ (2019) and Clinical (2022) exams and achieved a perfect score of 90 in all components of the PTE Academic in 2024.
She is known for her strong clinical and diagnostic skills, patient-centered care, and mentoring support for junior doctors. Passionate about preventive medicine, maternal and child health, and mental health, Dr. Kaur is also active in continuing education and teaching.
Outside work, she enjoys painting, cooking, volunteering, reading medical literature, and exploring regional Australia. Yoga helps her maintain balance and well-being.
Dr Harindri Pathiraja

Dr Harindri is a GP Registrar with over a decade of diverse clinical experience, including eight years in Anesthesia and ICU in Sri Lanka and 2.5 years leading emergency care at Rockhampton Base Hospital, Central Queensland.
She holds an MBBS from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and AMC certification. She remains deeply committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Skilled in emergency procedures, critical care, and chronic disease management, Dr Pathiraja brings a wealth of clinical expertise and compassion to her practice. Outside of medicine, she is a mother of two, enjoys travelling and playing tennis.

Dr Saly Ahmed

Dr. Saly Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Master’s Degree in Critical Care Medicine. She brings more than 15 years of experience across Intensive Care Medicine, General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Primary Care.
Since relocating to Australia, Dr. Saly has worked at Tamworth Hospital and Werribee Hospital in Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, and General Medicine. She has also worked in General Practice in Victoria, providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families.

Dr Sabah Zaki
General Practitioner (GP Registrar)
Dr Sabah Zaki is a dedicated and compassionate GP Registrar joining our team as part of the GP Training Program. She graduated in 2017 from the United Arab Emirates and has since gained diverse clinical experience in both adult medical and surgical practice. With a strong foundation in minor surgical procedures, including suturing, incision & drainage, and debridement, Dr Zaki is skilled in providing hands-on care.
In 2021, she moved to Australia, where she worked at Monash Health as a Resident Medical Officer and later as a Medical Registrar, expanding her expertise in Paediatrics, Geriatrics, and Medical Subspecialties. Her well-rounded experience enables her to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care across various fields of medicine.
